Radon Testing

A 48-hour continuous radon test you can add to any inspection.

Radon is a colorless, odorless radioactive gas that can enter homes from the soil. The EPA recommends action when levels reach 4.0 pCi/L or higher. Coastal Eastern North Carolina generally has lower radon potential than the mountains, but the only way to know a specific home’s level is to test it.

We place a continuous radon monitor for a minimum of 48 hours under closed-house conditions and include the results with your report.
