Military & VA Buyer Inspections
Remote-friendly inspections for service members PCSing to Camp Lejeune and New River.
Many buyers in the Jacksonville area are active-duty families buying from another duty station, sometimes from overseas. We built our process around that: flexible scheduling around your due-diligence window, detailed photo reports, and a video call to walk you through the findings.
A VA appraisal is not a home inspection. The appraiser estimates value and checks minimum property requirements; a home inspection is a far more detailed look at condition. VA buyers still benefit from an inspection, and North Carolina VA loans often call for a separate wood-destroying insect report, which we can help you coordinate with a licensed pest control company.

Military & VA Buyer Inspections FAQs
Does the VA require a home inspection?
No. The VA requires an appraisal, not an inspection. The appraisal does not evaluate the home in depth, so an independent inspection is strongly recommended.
Can you inspect a home if I’m still at my current duty station?
Yes. Your agent provides access, we inspect, and you receive the full report plus a recorded or live video walkthrough of key findings.
Ready to schedule your inspection?
Most inspections can be booked within 1–3 days. Reports are delivered within 24 hours.
