Buyer's Home Inspection

A top-to-bottom evaluation of the home you plan to buy, with a clear, photo-rich report.

Your due-diligence period in North Carolina goes fast. A buyer's home inspection gives you an unbiased, top-to-bottom look at the property's condition so you can negotiate repairs, ask for credits, or walk away with confidence before that window closes.

Every inspection follows the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board Standards of Practice, and most go well beyond them. You are welcome to attend, ask questions on site, and walk the home with the inspector at the end.

When will I get my report?

Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours, often the same evening. They include photos, plain-English descriptions and a summary of the most important items.

Do I need to be at the inspection?

It's encouraged but not required. Many buyers join for the last 30–45 minutes to walk through findings. If you are out of state or overseas, we can review the report by phone or video call.
